Description:-
This is proper mountain riding so you'll need to be an experienced rider with a very good level of fitness.
Between point 2-4 the majority is hike-a-bike. And its tough but worth it.
The descent back down is super rocky and techy but amazing! The initial part of the descent is rough but then it smooths out a little becoming really fast 2/3 of the way down.
Just watch out for walkers as this descent is a poular route up the fell.
