I was there just over a year ago and the trail was closed. Parts had been washed away, but we managed to get round with some bike carrying. richardatbelair commented about 1 year ago

Ben Aigen- Monster trials

Starting from the village of Aberlour, its a gentle ride along the scenic old railway line along the Speyside way to Craigellachie.
Crossing the river Fiddich take a left for Arndilly on a quiet road through some nice woodland with views across the Spey Valley.

Eventually you will see the Forest track branching off to the left and follow it as it climbs away through the forest until you see the sign for the red trial branching off to the right.
Its a steep 5- 10min push up the path till you join the red trail.

I rode a complete circuit of the red trail and had the repeat the last quarter so I could head towards Knockmore and finish off by riding the Pink Fluffy Bunny Trail (which at the time of writing has several blown down trees over the trail).

When you exit the trail- turn left and follow the forest road back to the Craigellachie- Arndilly road and onto the oldrailway back to Aberlour.
