| Our group of 3 adults and 3 7/8 yr olds just rode this route yesterday and while it is an awesome part of the country with scenery to die for I would have to suggest re-classing it as a difficult/advanced route. I say this as the footpath work which has been done along the river on the return section would in my opinion and that of my husband be graded black at a trail centre due to the technical skills required to ride it. Despite this, the kids and ourselves had a brilliant time on an a route that really delivered on 'adventure' but took us significantly longer than the 1hr suggested due to carrying/pushing kids bikes for the latter part of the ride. |
